LIBERTAS FOUNDATION is a non-profit public benefit corporation established in San Pedro in December of 1991 and officially endorsed and filed in California on January 30, 1992.

It is organized and operated exclusively for public and charitable purposes and has established its tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) (3).
 

The public and charitable purposes of the corporation are to provide food, clothing and other relief to the victims of war in Croatia.
